Katie & Robert Get Married!

I am happy to introduce to you the wedding of my BEAUTIFUL, SUPER SWEET & KIND cousin, Katie! Katie and I are less than 2 weeks apart in age :).
 She is HONESTLY such a humble and sweet woman! She makes me so happy!
She married her best friend, Robert in May of 2012.

The flower girls carried another favorite of mine...football mums! They are so puffy and soft!

                     

Katie's baby sister, Hiliary, had to go into emergency surgery the night before the wedding.
Everything went well, she just was unable to attend the wedding which was a total bummer. Instead, they visited her at the hospital and made a "stick figure of Hiliary" to attend the wedding for her! My poor aunt and uncle were up all night with Hililary and her surgery. They barely got any sleep but were able to keep going strong into the morning to celebrate the wedding day of their first born! They were able to enjoy themselves and then rest the next day!

Going to visit little Sis at the hospital! I would show you Hiliary's smiling face but she would probably rather you see her on the poster than in her hospital gown! :)

The beautiful Sacred Heart Church in Bellevue, Ky.

The bridesmaids' bouquets included white hydrangea, roses, solidago, and pittsoporum.

The Cake was very romantic and sweet. I love the rich, navy satin and the broaches!

The centerpiece selections included floating candles, submerged orchids, yellow snapdragons, curly willow branches & yellow fuji mums with votive cups tied with nautical ribbon!

I LOVED the speech that my cousin Molly (Katie's sister) gave! She had me crying in laughter! She is so comical! You will see her winter wedding on here soon! Katie and Molly got married 8 months apart!

You can see by Katie & Robert's faces that Molly brought out the laughter in us all! She also read Hiliary's speech as well and did a great job representing!

Katie & Robert, I love you both so much! Your wedding was such a happy day full of smiles and laughter that I know you will never forget. Robert, we welcomed you into the family with open arms and we are so happy you are taking care of our "Sweet Katie". It has been so fun to watch you both as a married couple and I know you both are nothing but perfect for each other!
